“We’re thrilled with the trailer Beakus created for us! The visuals and music produced captured exactly the mood we were after and translated quite a restrictive brief into something truly creative. The team were also a dream to work with - responsive, efficient and accommodating.”
We were asked by The National Gallery to create a trailer for their new exhibition of José María Velasco, a 19th-century Mexican painter celebrated for expansive, highly detailed landscapes of the Valley of Mexico.
Having access to his wonderfully textured paintings gave us the idea to literally paint them onto the screen, revealing one above or below the next. The trailer was designed for use on social platforms with vertical, horizontal and square ratios, and cut-downs.
